What a coincidence! Just 63 minutes before a deadline they had declared a week earlier: (in another bogus case or SLAPP; what a slap or a shot in their own foot)
The timing isn't a coincidence. It's even the same lawyer on shoestring budget (except the Microsoft money).
Notice how they're shuffling between those two Microsofters - who are foreign citizens - and their SLAPPs, very obviously (at least for the fourth time) using one SLAPP to complement the other SLAPP. No Judge would be impressed by that. Whose terrible idea was this???
They need to serve their Defence [1, 2], not harass my wife and I some more. █
