My Motion Disbarring or “Striking Off” Brett Wilson LLP for Enabling Violent Americans Who Try to Crush Microsoft Critics in the United Kingdom by Multiple SLAPPs
"Guns for hire" (for Microsoft people who received Microsoft salaries and want "Revenge") and legal professionals are not the same thing; attacking women is moreover a "low blow" (attacking the victims or those who reported unscrupulous abuse)
Some weeks ago Brett Wilson LLP ("guns for hire") sent me a threat on behalf of a serial strangler (of women) who had worked for Microsoft, even at the time of the arrest. Brett Wilson LLP used very openly the word "threat", saying it was not an empty threat. The begging didn't work.
Yesterday I wrote a lengthy article explaining why I shall report Brett Wilson LLP et al (facilitators) to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and the Bar Standards Board (BSB). I have a very solid case and I'm already working on it.
Why does that matter? As this one site puts it: "Maintaining Professional Standards: Disbarment is necessary to uphold the integrity and credibility of the legal profession. Lawyers are entrusted with significant responsibilities, including representing clients competently and ethically, upholding the rule of law, and promoting justice. Disbarment ensures that lawyers who fail to meet these standards are held accountable for their actions, thereby preserving the reputation of the legal profession. [...] Upholding Public Trust: Disbarment helps maintain public trust in the legal system by demonstrating that lawyers are held to account for their actions. Trust in the legal profession is essential for ensuring access to justice and the fair administration of the law. Disbarment of lawyers who engage in misconduct sends a clear message that unethical behaviour will not be tolerated, thereby bolstering public confidence in the legal system. [...] Promoting Accountability: Disbarment promotes accountability within the legal profession by ensuring that lawyers are responsible for their actions. Lawyers, like all professionals, are expected to abide by a code of ethics and conduct. Disbarment holds lawyers accountable when they violate these standards, reinforcing the principle that no one is above the law, regardless of their profession."
In the United Kingdom, they say, the process of disbarment for lawyers, also known as “striking off”, can be invoked by anyone.
Brett Wilson LLP went too far. It probably knows that it went too far. It cannot undo what it did. It's really desperate for money.
We're not making any demands here; we're just objectively reporting the facts. We cannot be SLAPPed for merely exercising our rights. █
