New EPO Leaks: Replacing Patent Examiners and Classifiers With Deficient Bots (Without Even Asking for Permission)

Today we'll first publish leaks and then publish commentary about them. The first batch is this "era of AI" nonsense, classified “for internal use” only, from EPO nepotists and rogue officers (who get ahead by covering up crime and/or participating in it; it's about who sleeps with who).
This "era of AI" nonsense is cited here as a future direction regardless of legality and practicality factors. This isn't just some "gossip". It's not a mere "brainfart" or "proposal". It's happening. Any consultation about it? Any media coverage? No.
Here's what those people - power-hungry drones with their "heads in the cloud" - internally propose. We reproduce the above PDF (there are two) as PNG images for those too lazy/reluctant to open PDFs.
Whose terrible - and likely illegal - idea was this? Who stands to profit from it? Another Microsoft idea? A lot of this "European" Patent Office has been outsourced to Microsoft (US) and prior leaks showed that it gave Microsoft preferential treatment. That's definitely not legal. █
