Richard Stallman (RMS) spoke at KCL some hours ago. I could not find photos and textual coverage, but I did find Disrupted: Internet and the new politics of media and communications policy in India (thesis for Doctor of Philosophy, 2018, by Aasim Khan at KCL; 328 pages in total).
