Microsoft Isn't on the Map in USSR

In Azerbaijan, not a large country, Microsoft has been having issues lately [1, 2] and one lingering issue is, people there don't trust Microsoft. Bing, for example, is only 1% in Azerbaijan compared to 14% for Yandex.
It's not just in Belarus, Azerbaijan, and Russia. Many other former USSR "territories" show similar trends. To them, it's either Google or Yandex. █
