GNU/Linux Has Risen to All-Time High in South America, Windows Has Fallen a Lot Due to Android

Based on this month's South American data from statCounter, not only did GNU/Linux rise to unprecedented highs (4% by rounding up) but Windows fell by quite a lot. Maybe Microsoft's homebase treating South Americans like garbage sent a signal?

Windows is down below 29%. Before the election in the US it was above 39%. What will the rest of the year bring? █
