Microsoft Says Demand/Budget for "AI" is Decreasing, Bing is Also Moving Down and Down This Year ("Bing Chat" Was an Utter Failure, People Want Sites, Not Slop)
The New York Times earlier this week: "Microsoft Earnings Report: AI Spending Slows" (headline)
NOTHING goes Microsoft's way this month, hence the endless chaff about "AI" (plagiarism of code). Microsoft's CEO needs somewhat of a decoy to protect his ridiculous bonuses while Office falls, Windows falls, Skype is about to shut down, XBox will likely die soon (now 20% price hikes!), and Bing is going the way of the dodo:
Almost every month this year Bing is going down and down and down (in some countries it fell below Yandex and even below 1%). More layoffs coming soon, according to verified and very recent Microsoft leaks. Way too much debt. It is not a new problem, but it's still a big problem. █
"Microsoft, the world’s most valuable company, declared a profit of $4.5 billion in 1998; when the cost of options awarded that year, plus the change in the value of outstanding options, is deducted, the firm made a loss of $18 billion, according to Smithers."
