GNU/Linux Above 7% in Bulgaria, Rising Just Like in Most of Europe

The founder of GNU/Linux fancies Bulgarian folk dances and the FSF, which he had founded nearly 40 years ago (and was very recently re-confirmed ('endorsed') by), now has a Bulgarian in the Board.
Bulgaria is not a rich country, but it has its share of good Bulgarian programmers and it seems like many people there explore GNU/Linux:
