Microsofters Have a Long History Trying to Take Down Techrights by Sending Threats to Webhosts

posted by Roy Schestowitz on May 18, 2025

The Microsofters are leaking out the trial information to Microsoft, which pays for the SLAPPs through salaries (the serial strangler from Microsoft, Balabhadra (Alex) Graveley). So as we explained late on Friday, we'll be sharing material we intend to present in the trial [1, 2], demonstrating some of the vile behaviour.

We begin by recalling what was published on the Techrights blog in May of last year, illuminating some of the ways "secure boot" pusher of GNOME was trying to censor this site by pressuring and threatening Webhosts (only months later "secure boot" would 'brick' loads of GNU/Linux setups worldwide; Microsoft was spinning it last week along with its enablers). Some time in the future we'll show how he was picking on women, causing them to fear and panic over legal action. He did this to webhosts. Yes, he did this to women too.

Here's just one example:

Name: Matthew Garrett Email: [nameofhost]@@srcf.ucam.org Telephone: +1 [redacted] Company name: Details: Hi,
The sites techrights.org and tuxmachines.org appear to be hosted on an IP address belonging to you ([IPofhost]). They contain multiple pages harassing me with untrue claims of criminal behaviour, including (but not limited to):
https://news.tuxmachines.org/n/2023/08/11/Garrett_Committing_Crimes_Since_Last_Year.shtml https://news.tuxmachines.org/n/2023/08/18/Matthew_J_Garrett_Article_Number_Two.shtml https://news.tuxmachines.org/n/2023/08/21/another_blog_post_by_rianne.shtml https://news.tuxmachines.org/n/2023/08/27/Matthew_J_Garrett_the_Serial_Liar_Who_Keeps_Abusing_Me_Online.shtml https://news.tuxmachines.org/n/2023/08/29/rianne_fifth_blog_post.shtml

This is libellous material intended to harass me, and appears to be in violation of section 6.3 of your terms of service.

Of course the person who was harassing was the messenger himself. This is a sheer act of projection. And then, having spied on me and trolled me 24/7 for several years (even in a network I control), he had the audacity to try to take the site down. We'll be shedding more light on this in the future (a lot went on behind the scenes and a webhost told me she was afraid of this vicious man; many women had good reasons to be afraid of him).

The Microsofters are a really nasty bunch. They think that harassing people is "funny" and defaming high-profile people in Free software and GNU/Linux is permissible. Even people from the murder capital of the world (murdering journalists) and femicide epicentre - people who would go as far as joking about infiltration, set aside strangling of women.

oh good lord, New York? Thanks for the evidence that I've been part of the conspiracy for 20 years

Balabhadra (Alex) Graveley, Miguel de Icaza
