Fighting for Freedom is Much Better Than Fighting for Money
If life is about accumulation of money, then people will be "busy making money" till they die prematurely (with nothing to do with this money)
Tomorrow it's a holiday in the US and also in the UK (we plan to go out, it ought to be sunny in the morning). Around evening time Dr. Richard Stallman will be giving a talk in Milan, Italy. It's advertised a lot so far (even over the weekend) and it's a large auditorium.
If you cannot attend in person, wait for the video (Invidious URL).
A couple of days ago Michał Sapka wrote about oligarchs being false prophets and terrible role models. He said "we need someone to look up to. And there are people who are still worth aspiring to become. They are not rich, they are not fucking CEOs. For me, the heroes would be the people who love what they do, because this is (as I've learned) what I yearn. A simple life, full of love, without any worry for the future. And this is what the billionaires want to take from me."
Dr. Stallman is still a freeman. Unlike Bill Epsteingate (arrested twice before Microsoft existed), he is no criminal and does not need to lie or pretend to have a disability to escape inquiries about what happened with Jeffrey Epstein. Dr. Stallman is 72 and never got divorced for utterly disguising behaviour (the wife of Bill Epsteingate repeatedly said that it was the relationship with Epstein that triggered the divorce).
The only thing Dr. Stallman ever said about Jeffrey Epstein was that he's a serial rapist. But that's not what the media told you. █
