This month's data from statCounter shows strong gains for GNU/Linux in a country with a population almost as large as Brazil's.
Remember that there have been almost 10 waves of Microsoft layoffs so far in 2025. Windows isn't growing, it's going away. As somebody put it 3 days ago: "The whole point of Windows 11 was forced upgrades. They did not anticipated the PC upgrade costs due to tariffs. It will backfire spectacularly on Microsoft."
Now there are Microsoft bankruptcies and several waves of mass layoffs per month. The company is bleeding in debt and SLAPPing critics who talk about these issues. █
