When They Have Nothing Left to Help Advance Abusive Litigation for Microsoft People... Other Than Throwing ~500 Pages of Someone Else's Work Into a PDF

They sent this yesterday: (almost all of it is my own work, not theirs)

Bundle

Microsoft is having a very tough year. It's losing a ton of business. There's no denying it. It also faces massive lawsuits for slop. The biggest such lawsuit is connected to the man who begged and then extorted me.

On upcoming Microsoft layoffs (maybe 10,000 more layoffs), the latest is: "Confirmed. This one is going to be bad. Pretty much every department and team will lose headcount. Good luck all" (posted hours ago).

To me, personally, it seems like Microsoft is just trying to suppress discussion. It's cheaper than tackling the company's many problems.

Regarding the law firm Microsoft people took, they stopped sending physical letters (hence cheapening their service) and perhaps also realising that it's "bad taste" to pick on my wife who was merely bullied (and wrote about the bullying they had subjected her to, both by the law firm and their despicable client). Moreover, they belatedly try to soften the tone, but it's too late... as the veiled racist addressing or closeted xenophobia is in legal letters they sent her for several months.

People subjected to such tactics will never forget. Some will never forgive, either.

The above isn't out of the ordinary; it echoes what their other client did: he basically assaulted women in America. Then he hired lawyers to bully those women some more (in America). I, in the UK merely reported - correctly - what had happened in America. So he took the same unscrupulous lawyers as his litigation buddy ("another former Microsoft researcher") to bully the person who merely reported what he was jailed for while he was a Microsoft employee. Does he seriously believe he can prevent me travelling to attend my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary? Because he pushed some SLAPP and was dishonest with lawyers and barristers in another continent? This is textbook abuse judges would not fall for: do horrible things, then try to make things horrible for people who merely mention those horrible things. He and his sponsors are going to have to pay for this.

It should be noted the hearing about this is controlled technically by Microsoft, the law firm is technically controlled by Microsoft at every level (not just the funding from Microsoft salaries), and trial data goes to Microsoft.

"So basically," a reader told us, "the court leaks *all* the privy details to not just any third party but a third party of interest."

This is relevant in light of what happened at ICC only weeks ago.

And wait, it gets worse; it is abundantly, crystal clear to both sides - the other party as well (but it gets paid to pretend and to believe their client's lies - he openly boasts about lying to people!) that I myself have nothing to worry about; the other side, especially the person at hand, should be very nervous having committed acts of violence against women (personal life) and even worse things in his professional life (there's a massive lawsuit), so this latest lawsuit was meant to try to silence me about this issue, as evidenced by the "offer" made at the last minute (it's about censoring information, including his time in prison, what led to that etc.) and, more importantly, to help his American litigation buddy who tried - and failed - to silence me (we sued him for what he had done to us [1, 2]). This is a couple of American Microsofters recognising we had stepped in major scandals and likely caused the removal of GitHub's CEO, who is the best friend of the man who advances a second SLAPP right now at curious times and in tandem with the first.

oh good lord, New York? Thanks for the evidence that I've been part of the conspiracy for 20 years
