Gemini Protocol Enters Its Seventh Year, Growth Has Accelerated!
One year ago gemini:// turned 5 and its founder said about active capsules or "platforms" (domains which respond over gemini://): "They are spread across roughly 2,750 capsules, up from about 2,500 last year, a 10% increase."
So now it's up by about 309 capsules, compared to around 250 between the prior two years. This means that the net "growth" is... well, growing.
Maybe in June 20 2026 there will be over 3,500 active capsules? Let's wait and see. █
