Australia: Windows Fell to All-Time Low, Even Lower Than iOS

There's not much happening or at least not much in the news about Australia, but it seems like desktops/laptops aren't selling well there. At this point it seems like iPhones, as measured by Web usage, outnumber Windows PCs. In other words, Windows is becoming increasingly irrelevant. Over in New Zealand, Android dominates, so there too Windows isn't a dominant platform.
There's a good reason why next week there will be so many Microsoft layoffs. They were even timed to minimise press coverage (just before US Independence Day). █
