Microsoft Isn't Laying Off Tens of Thousands to 'Invest' in Slop ('Hey Hi'), It's Laying Off Tens of Thousands Because It's Running Out of Money (and Willing Lenders)
Microsoft is firing many people this week and this year. Just to prebunk what the media will say (as we see it already), those layoffs have nothing to do with "investment", they're to do with debt spinning out of control.
Microsoft likes to pretend that it has 80 billion or more in its pocket, but the truth is, despite all the layoffs Microsoft has bankruptcies and not much left in the bank.
Remember this when the media comes up with headlines like these:
In the interest of prebunking, let's just put it like this: there is no "investment" and no "AI" (they mean slop). The crude reality is, Microsoft already admits curbing the "AI" vapourware, it's shutting down or cancelling so-called "AI" data centres, and the layoffs are a sign of the business failing, not "hey hi" (whatever that is) replacing staff. █
