Crime and Corruption at Microsoft GitHub Cannot be Covered Up by SLAPPs in Another Continent

gimme gimme gimme a hacker after midnight

Nat Friedman and the Serial Strangler from Microsoft (they're best friends) - corporate shills of Microsoft who style themselves "hackers" - a few days before Matthew Garrett, who is another pseudo 'hacker' with a dirty mouth, filed his first "funny" SLAPP or paper DDoS payload (after that we sued him [1, 2], so he'll need to come to the UK High Court to defend himself, his actions, his notorious antics)

Nat Friedman and Alex Graveley

Hacker Medley

The complaint made to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) turns 3 months today. We are happy to say that it is advancing and so do the investigations into corruption at Microsoft GitHub. We'll write about this for a long time to come, much to the discomfort of Nat Friedman [1, 2] and Miguel de Icaza. The "ringleaders" aren't exempt. If the GNOME club goes overseas to silence people through SLAPPs, specifically targeting articles about crimes and abuse, even under false pretences (that covering crime is a "privacy" violation), then we shall do exactly the opposite of what they hope to achieve. The solution is more speech, not less speech, and this week we found further evidence of the collusion, which we shall present to the Court.

At the end, typically and based on my experience, bad people trying to silence people is an own goal. That simply backfires and draws even more attention to what they're hoping to hide. Go ahead and revisit what we published in November and in October 2021. It struck a nerve. At very short notice Friedman 'left' GitHub.

Those are the articles that started the SLAPPs, apparently rendered Friedman unemployed, and shortly after that first one (a few days later) Graveley was arrested. These people are going to pay for it. The law firms which facilitate this abuse already pay for it [1, 2]. Their clients are fuming as they repeatedly fail them. The Masters (Judges) always side with us. They can see and understand what's going on.

The lawyers are accountable too, even if they create shell companies with "Limited" status and 2 pounds (about $3) in the bank.

BRETT AND WILSON LIMITED

That's still better than being deep in debt. They created this shell a decade after the original company had been founded and met financial barriers. While such shells aren't illegal, they constitute loopholes that typically indicate problems, as explained here in past years [1, 2]. Months before attacking my wife and I that very same lawyer who sent us letters had also attacked honest accountants who exposed actual crimes. Guess whose side the SRA took.

Zahawi solicitor misused 'without prejudice', SRA tells tribunal in first SLAPPs case

To quote: "Ashley Simon Hurst, Osborne Clarke’s head of client strategy, is accused of improperly attempting to stop tax commentator and former magic circle partner Dan Neidle from publishing or discussing the correspondence. The regulator argues that Hurst’s email and letter, sent in July 2022, to Neidle breached principle 2, to act in a way that upholds public trust and confidence in the profession, and principle 5, to act with integrity; as well as paragraphs 1.2, 1.4, and 2.4 of the SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors RELs and RFLs 2018."

In my case, Brett Wilson LLP lawyers also misused 'without prejudice' to not only try to hide their extortion attempts (made by the Serial Strangler from Microsoft, with the word "threat" inside the letter!). They'd later insist that 1) I am not allowed to bring this up in the Garrett trial (because... 'without prejudice') and 2) just over two weeks ago they tried to prevent me bringing that up in the Hearing about the Serial Strangler from Microsoft while they were outsourcing all the material to Microsoft.

Even if they were not fully aware of what they were getting into (the reckless lawyer who filed the SLAPPs against me and against my wife, who had done nothing wrong, is apparently leaving; his job was advertised and several female colleagues have since left). The people who did this can be found and be held accountable. I've been preparing a very long bill for them. The process is in motion. It just takes time. It's a matter of patience and persistence.

Matthew Garrett has said not a single thing in Bluesky for well over a week, but Garrett speaks through his lawyers, weakly trying to distance himself from Mr. Graveley while at the same time showing the connection (I contacted the lawyers regarding Graveley and received a reply from or about Garrett!). We shall cover this in the future. Instead of sending letters to my wife Garrett should go visit his spouse, who has addiction problems and was forcibly put in a facility for it. Mr. Graveley could provide her with some tips about addictions, but he's unsafe around other people, more so when he is inebriated/drunk.

I didn't choose to deal with those nasty, terrible people; it's their actions (promoting Microsoft monopoly and Microsoft's war on the GPL) that led me to covering relevant matters.

Microsoft as a company is rapidly collapsing, but its staff is still absolutely dangerous (even violent) after 'leaving'. It's like the same malicious cult that infected Novell 2 decades ago. It killed Novell.

oh good lord, New York? Thanks for the evidence that I've been part of the conspiracy for 20 years

Balabhadra (Alex) Graveley, Miguel de Icaza

Matt Graveley: Cannot silence Roy. Here, buddy, use my barrister to fling another SLAPP at him.
