Microsoft Repeats the Mistakes Made by the EPO After We Exposed a Major Microsoft/EPO Scandal 10 Years Ago
That scandal was all over the media, not just in English

Historically we've been very potent and successful at squashing legal obstacles. We did that twice last year and this coming winter it'll be 10 years since Benoît Battistelli's EPO fired several threats at us (via several law firms), to no avail. He only created a greater incentive for us to write about his and his friend's (António Campinos) corruption at the EPO. It was basically an epic own goal.
In 2021 we exposed fraud at Microsoft GitHub. A day later we got SLAPPed. It was so meritless that it was never acted upon; the SLAPPer, Garrett [1, 2], did not follow through. He essentially issued empty threats. There are legal ramifications when one leverages law firms to make empty threats. He then lied to the UK High Court about that.
A few years later he picked an anti-metoo legal team (a firm that profits from targeting vulnerable women) and sent several threats to my wife. I intend to present those threats to the UK High Court this coming winter. He sent at least 3 such threats to her. In the last one he even "deadnamed" her in official documents, as that is the kind of person he is.
Thankfully our experience so far (all the Judges and all the Orders) has been expectedly positive because they understand what's really going on. They can see they're being gamed by rogue people from America via a very notorious firm that engages in abuse of process, according to the UK High Court. If the British Government strikes out this firm some time later this year, it'll serve to reaffirm the gut feeling of the Judges.
British courts will not entertain frauds, snakes and criminals from the US. So far, so good. They see what's happening. Nevertheless, we strive to offer full transparency and pursue much-needed reform. It can take years. █
