No Compliance With the European Patent Convention (EPC) at the European Patent Office (EPO)

Nobody in the media seems to be talking about it (many are bribed or frightened), but not only has patent quality (or legitimacy) at the EPO sunk to the point where stakeholders openly protest the matter. A lot of EPO tasks got illegally (and without consultation) outsourced to slop, based on hype, misinformation, and illegal objectives.
Not only has nobody been held accountable for it. It remains unclear who if anyone is overseeing those sorts of things. Europe has descended into a corporate autocracy. The EPO grants European monopolies for this autocracy. It's about preventing competition against this autocracy. The Organisation that's meant to supervise the EPO is just a bunch of lawyers (usually patent lawyers with a conflict of interest) and political operatives who got the role owing to nepotism/corruption. █
