Corruption is the Standard Operating Procedure at the European Patent Office (EPO)
Ten years ago the European Patent Office (EPO) decided to embark on a SLAPP campaign against me. It took several law firms in London - including one very large and notorious one - and tried to crush me for no reason other than me helping to expose crimes of Benoît Battistelli. I wrote more than a dozen articles about what they did to me back then. I also shared the details of how my solicitor, David Allen Green (Preiskel & Co.), responded to them and stopped their abuse against me. As a general rule, it's important to make people who SLAPP pay for their SLAPPs.
Since 2018 the EPO has been run by Battistelli's friend, António Campinos, who is not less corrupt. He continues to crush the workers. He even tries to replace them with slop, i.e. he looks forward to outsourcing to Microsoft the decision-making processes in addition to passing all the data there.
This is no laughing matter. 10 years ago I wrote about how the EPO decided to give Microsoft preferential treatment (jumping the line/queue). Now we see a corrupt EPO already experimenting with externalising the processes to a foreign company's algorithms, under the false guise of "intelligence".
The EPO is a dictatorship that stains Europe. █
