Flagging or Tagging Slop That We Find Online

Yesterday we wrote about "Doing a Better Job at Labelling Slop Images"; some of our Slopwatch "installments" contain over a dozen new examples of slop, so we've decided to programmatically process in lieu or according to the template above.
Sadly, a lot of stuff we find on the Web these days is slop, either the images, the text, or sometimes both. Recording this phenomenon and calling out the culprits efficiently and quickly requires good tools. Right now we use ImageMagick. █
