Microsofters Filed Two SLAPPs Against Us, Now They Cannot Keep Up With Judges' Orders
One week ago: Microsoft Actually in Trouble, Microsofters Unable to Obey Judges' Orders
We generally do not talk about "intra-case" or inter partes material, as we would rather seek written approval/consent before commenting in public about such matters. Last night, however, the article above was "confirmed" (or we got sort of vindicated). The Judge ordered exchange of witness statements today, but Garrett, whom we sued almost 12 months ago [1, 2], put in a sort of "emergency" request to extend the deadline - i.e. the exact same thing his litigation buddy did a week earlier (they were supposed to serve a Defence). It seems like they bit off more than they can chew when they filed SLAPPs against not just yours truly; they also targeted my wife. How despicable.
We'll write more about it in the future. It doesn't look particularly good for the Microsofters from the US. For over 4 months already their facilitator in London has been under investigation by British authorities because of what's being done to my wife and I. When investigations go on for so long it means they see a lot of worrying stuff (complaints have underlying merits; they see more evidence of this over time).
In the past fortnight alone we got several threats from them (a form of bullying) and notified Judges accordingly. We also notified the regulators.
Worry not, we'll be doing well over 1,000 articles about this one day. The longer it goes on for, the more material we'll have. █
