English Law Misused by Americans and Irishmen Against Brits is Unfair
Laws in countries generally exist to serve the interests of those respective countries. Sometimes they also help guard political and commercial relationships with other countries.
It is probably sad that it even needs to be said, but when a country's law is misused against the country - more so by outsiders - it is probably time to amend that law.
We shall spend the next few years doing out best to amend English law by explaining its shortcomings in particular areas, not limited to patents. If we all value science, truth and human rights, then we should perpetually reassess the status and suitability of pertinent laws. There's always a way to improve existing laws, more so when bad actors work around the laws or manipulate laws to the detriment of well-meaning actors. █
