Microsoft Has Issues in Guyana

Less than 13 years ago Windows was estimated to run on 97% of Web-connected devices in Guyana, a country about 2.5 times bigger than Portugal. It then fell to less than 10% and limiting the scope to desktops and laptops it looks like this:

If these statistics are accurate, then Microsoft has serious problems in central and south America. It's not just Guyana. █
