Men Who Abuse Women Should Never Spend Over 3 Years of the UK High Court's Time

Now that Noel Clarke lost his ridiculous libel case against the Guardian (decision dated yesterday), as we've already noted since then, it's time to consider what this horrible person did. This is classic lawfare:
Notice how many people were needlessly and unnecessarily dragged into this? How much of their time and energy was wasted? How much legal advice (bills) did they need to seek? For sure this whole charade of his cost over a million pounds in legal bills alone (all parties).
Why did this take nearly 3.5 years?
This demonstrates that we need a reform in the UK. No such case should spend that much time of already-understaffed courts (I know they're understaffed; I saw that myself). █
