Techrights Has Been Subjected to Calls of Violence (and Death Threats), It Never Condoned Violence
Including violence against women
Having just mentioned this rather political item, which is being amplified by MElon this week*, just like in the 'Southport days', we thought the time would be right to state our position.
I referred to the police various calls for violence/death against me. I had cops over to assess and document evidence as well. I will write about this one day. Now is not the most appropriate time.
I have no sympathy for people who call violence "free speech" and then get in trouble. Violence is not a joke. Some people read about "jokes" and then act on them. So it's something that ought not be done.
Microsoft Lunduke and Microsoft Garrett [1, 2] are two sides of the same coin. The latter even collaborates with a violent Serial Strangler from Microsoft, which says a lot about the misogyny. He and his ilk tried all sorts of ways or disingenuous approaches to libel us as violent, for example quoting some random person (who was in IRC for a few days) and attributing his words to the site. Another one quoted a comment someone left here more than 15 years ago (saying that some particular Microsoft employees should be prosecuted, with punishment that includes capital), again attributing those words to the site (we don't censor comments).
I dare anyone to demonstrate where we ever condoned violence. We did, on the other hand, receive violent threats. I can no longer ignore those, more so when we see cars or people apparently stalking our home. █

* Twitter (or X.com, a site of Musk/MElonazi) is stirring up hatred in the UK right now, as it has done for years already. It's deliberate. It's a "Musk project", a personal and political vendetta. He's trying to legitimise and popularise racists like himself (fostering acceptability for his worldview by chatbots, too). Some particular areas here are "ethnic" and particular stores/neighbourhood can be like that (very "ethnic"). They are in effect like the "ghettos" (typically an American term), but it's wrong to generalise and to make it sound like there's a "takeover" (or that trans people are more than a fraction of a percent). But that's what MElon is doing. Twitter.com became a part-time hate site. Some people never left Twitter.com, so they get expose to psychological operations coordinated by MElon and his flunkies. MElon admires Vladimir Putin, who stands to gain from making the UK fractured, divided, less stable (internally).
** What Microsoft Lunduke is doing is subversive and akin to Fox News [sic]. Keeping an eye on his antics is one thing; participating in them is another.
It's hardly surprising that Microsoft Lunduke has been reduced to almost nothing but a MElon-controlled Twitter account. The outreach in other platforms is negligible or already neglected. His own Web site has not been updated in years and what he dubs "Big-Tech-Free, Independent Journalism" muddies the water by conflating legitimate issues with edgy lunacies.
