The LLM slop industry causes very great damage. We gave a couple of examples a couple of hours ago [1, 2].
The Register MS is trying to participate and profit from this industry. It's not limited to The Register MS. Other sites do the same. We need to call them out and follow the money.
The best way to break this racket (or cycle of hype and harm) is to break the chains of funding. █
