Who's the Mystery Financier of SLAPP Against Techrights and Is That a Millionaire/Billionaire?
Whose idea was it to fund meritless lawsuits against my wife and I [1, 2, 3]?
Yesterday we published a couple of articles [1, 2] comparing what the Microsofters did to us to what Hogan/Bollea had done to Gawker, except with a different outcome (Gawker perished, we won't).
We said Hogan/Bollea decided "to attack a publisher which had exposed him [Hogan/Bollea]".
A reader emphasised that as a matter of fact he proceeded "to attack a publisher which had exposed the billionaire [Thiel]".
Both are true, but Hogan/Bollea focused on his own interests.
"The gist is that Thiel was exposed as gay by Gawker and in retribution funded Bollea v Gawker," a reader said. "Him [Bollea] too, but Thiel was exposed first and that was his sole reason for backing Bollea."
So here too we can ask, who except Garrett and the Serial Strangler from Microsoft funds the abuse against us (abuse of process) and why? Garrett has already admitted out in the open that there is a third party.
A few days ago I asked the Court to intervene in a 20-page Application for an upcoming Hearing. We'll do our best to name or 'unmask' whoever is attacking Techrights by throwing a lot of money at lawyers (those two lawsuits are estimated to cost about $1,500,000; Garrett and the Serial Strangler from Microsoft cannot afford this). █
