Brett Wilson LLP Failed to Meet Deadlines Set by Judge 7 Months Earlier, Tried to Ruin Our Holiday, Then Had the Audacity to Ask Us for Over 3,000 Pounds for Its Own Lateness
There are many things that I have to say, but now would not be the best time to say them, except:
- The 'Hulk Hogan of UEFI' sent both my wife and I E-mails (to her directly as well) on our wedding anniversary with threats and more, as we noted last night. Talk about creepy.
- The E-mails reveal that they had escalated it not to one but to two of the managers. It's like their entire office is now fully devoted to attacking my wife and I. Are we really that scary?
- I was out yesterday and today. We're still on holiday. I don't respond to bullies on holidays. It would give them satisfaction. I would only respond to say, however, the following in my Web site: I can't believe it took 4 (at Brett Wilson LLP) of you to deal with this including Mr. Wilson who has not as far as I am aware been involved in the case before except if one looks in the metadata; he's hiding behind other people; they also misuse ethnicity to portray themselves as the victims even when they engage in obvious sexism and racism against my wife.
As a matter of principle we will never respond to paper-wielding assassins (representing a man who shockingly justifies violence and terrorism) while we are on holiday. We will, however, report them to British authorities (as we already did several times this month). They act very inappropriately in so many ways. We'll illuminate those in years to come. If our paths ever cross in a courtroom, we shall demand special security, for the person we sued [1, 2] is openly fetishising violent - sometimes fatal - actions against people he disagrees with.
