The Complaint About Brett Wilson LLP - Part I - Abusing British Women on Behalf of American Men Who Abuse American Women
This morning we wrote that the "The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Has a Policy on Racism and Sexism".
The SRA's complaint was never explained here, however the time seems right to shed some light for the less(er) familiar readers who saw those matters mentioned here and there. Explaining everything in simple terms can help. Each time we write about this we must assume the reader sees it for the first time.
The complaint, in a nutshell, is about Brett Wilson LLP using two frivolous libel cases from two closely connected Americans (who know each other; more on that below or upon demand from the Regulator) against my wife* and I with the aim of draining out our funds, causing us to concede a legal battle we'd otherwise win very easily because we are in fact the victims here. The very same lawyer (based on the initials in case IDs and various forms) at Brett Wilson LLP does this for both of them at strategic points in time - we have sufficient proof that this is no coincidence - along with the same Junior Barrister, who does not seem to mind the integrity and credibility of the vexatious litigants (clients). For example, I merely presented an arrest report; they argue this makes it hard for their client to find a job, even if what I published was undeniably true, based on official, authentic documents. They moreover resort to extortion, as demonstrated in my numerous short bouts of correspondence with SRA. Herein I assume those were already read and understood by the Regulator.
This is a more detailed albeit still somewhat concise summary of events, which can be complemented (as seen fit) by correspondence with lawyers (to and from me), correspondence between my lawyer outwards - i.e. to and from - Brett Wilson LLP lawyers, who keep refusing to answer basic questions and even keep throwing insults at me whilst using threatening language against a Litigant in Person (LIP). They try to bully me in order to silence me and deny my basic rights, including Due Process. For concision's sake, I won't include every pertinent bit of evidence and instead focus on key examples. I am more than happy to share a lot more with the Regulator, including complete, detailed, dated copies and ample context illuminating their relevance.

* There are also more minor issues. In threats and legal actions taken against my wife the litigant and his lawyer put a name she had not used for 12 years - a name that she had before we married in 2012. It's not only inappropriate - it's merely a continuation of the same abuse she had been subjected to for years, wrote about in her site, and reported to British Police.
