It Feels Like Brett Wilson LLP Has Just Tacitly Admitted That It Defamed Me
It arguably admitted many other things by refusing to deny or address them (altogether)
10 days ago Brett Wilson LLP got sued by its own clients (there aren't many). At the end of last week it also sent to my doorstep a short (1-page) letter in reply to mine. In it, it finally refrained from the usage of the unsubstantiated label "conspiracy theories" (insult with ethnic connotations) and instead said "theories", probably in response to my accusations that it was name-calling and possibly defaming me for stating simple, demonstrable facts that are proven to be true.
Brett Wilson LLP's Directors are now personally involved in the case as can be held legally liable, as are the affluent sponsors of the 'Hulk Hogan of UEFI' (they don't deny a third party pays them!). But after that I may also be able to sue Brett Wilson LLP for what I deem to be profound misconduct among other things.
Thankfully I am in no particular hurry; what needs to be done will get done, eventually [1, 2]. What they did was a lot worse than a miscalculation by choosing bad clients that were themselves vulnerable [1, 2] (and lacking credibility), even before they added yet another American client, one who was in prison for strangling women. █
