Can people trust anything Microsoft Lunduke claims?

No.

The short story is, Red Hat sided with the complainant about a site that says "free Palestine". Microsoft Lunduke twisted that as the complete opposite, saying that Red Hat is "now issuing Code of Conduct violations to people who suggest that something is antisemitism (but allows threats of genocide against Jews)."

No, the exact opposite happened, but he repeats this lie in further tweets.

Only one person bothered to correct him:

He does even worse things.
