This Month's Analytics Show Vista 11 Down, GNU/Linux Up
So statCounter is back after prolonged technical problems and November data started showing up some hours ago (Android up, Windows down). GNU/Linux is up 0.12% there, it's up by almost half a percent (+0.41%) to all-time highs in Steam Survey, and US government analytics show Vista 11 losing market share, not gaining market share. It's down from 13.9% to only 13.5%:
What a black eye for Microsoft. After pulling the plug on Vista 10 we see losses - not gains - for Vista 11. "There were 1.64 billion sessions in the last 30 days," says the page right now. So the trends are based on a vast dataset. █
