Judging by statCounter, Vista 11 is down, not up. It went down, share-wise, compared to last month.

Don't let such "bad" stats get in the way. The US government's own data shows the same thing this month.

Nevertheless, the Microsoft boosters at The Register MS do marketing in "journalistic" clothing:
