If this is true, then it represents chipmakers - not just OEMs - taking the "Jihad" against Linux to the next step: (people who promote this attack critics and their families on Microsoft's payroll)
It is hard to verify if the above claim is true. If it is, and perhaps it is inevitable, then it'll once again confirm everything we've said for nearly 14 years about restricted boot and the FSF's mistake.
