The Second-Largest Institution in Europe (EPO) is Playing With Fire and Now It Puts the Largest One (EU) at Risk
We also plan to start a long series about SRA Standards and Regulations (and Code of Conduct for Solicitors) some time soon
This morning we broke the story. The "imported" managers of the EPO, people it brought from the EU (EUIPO) in Alicante, assume that Luis falling on his sword is going to be enough ("damage control").
No.
It won't do the trick. The "fall man" is a domino brick.
European media is already starting to ask the "hard questions". It leads to even more questions regarding João Negrão with his Strategic Lawsuits against Public Participation (SLAPPs).
Next, European politicians will do the same.
They already ask the "weird questions" about the SLAPPs.
Stay tuned. The EPO will have some more shake-ups.
Today was only the beginning. We're soon entering our next "phase" and will publish strategically on these matters when the time is right. █
