Vista 11 is 11 (Percent) and a Lot of Metrics Are Frauds
From analytics.usa.gov today:
Published an hour ago: Linux 11 (percent)
Last year: Vista 11 Was 'Leaked' Exactly 3 Years Ago and This One Picture Says It All | It Took Microsoft More Than 3 Years to Get a Quarter of Windows Users to 'Upgrade' to Vista 11 (3 Out of 4 Windows Users Still Reject It) | More Than 3 Years After Vista 11's Release More Chinese Computer Users Still Use Vista 7 (Than "11")
2021: Vista 11 Failed Spectacularly
With lots of dodgy accounting going on, e.g. channel-stuffing (fake 'sales' of Windows) or vendors buying their own products (via third parties) to fake revenue, e.g. in Microsoft and in NVidia [1, 2], one must be careful with any claims coming from Microsoft about its financial performance. Earlier today we showed how Microsoft was altering metrics in XBox in order to distract from the fact XBox was dying and instead pretend there was some 50% 'growth' (Microsoft also said this about XBox after it combined its revenue with that of a massive company it had just acquired by cheating regulators).
Sadly, as investigative journalism or any inquisitive media gets replaced by paid-for spam, we're meant to think that very simple and observable facts are outlandish, e.g. Apple having problems.
Vista 11 is a massive failure. It'll never recover. It'll never pick up and "version inflation" (a "Vista 12") will worsen things by giving Microsoft more things to maintain with even less staff than before (Microsoft laid off 30,000+ people so far this year, based on our running tally).
Microsoft isn't "worth" 4,000 billion dollars. No, its "worth" didn't grow more than twenty-fold in about 15 years. The same goes for Apple.
Heck, even NVidia (which is falsely claimed to be "most valuable") is failing to convince people that it's "not Enron":
This was hours ago by Laura Bratton, one of hundreds if not thousands who wrote about this in many languages and many publishers worldwide (NVidia seems to be panicking about more and more people pointing out the obvious, which can be verified using public data).
The emperors are all naked.
What sort of media will finally unwrap the lies and hold executives accountable for massive fraud and extensive cheating? █
