The Next Stages of EPO Coverage (and Why That Matters)
Coverage regarding EPO is likely to accelerate this month and carry on (or spill onto some time) well into 2026. There will be several strands: the industrial action (plan), the repression of staff representation by the "Mafia", EPO cocainegate (the "Alicante Mafia" as staff has dubbed it), reluctance of European media to cover any of this, and a call for action targeting national delegates. Those delegates are being paid by António Campinos to do nothing about his abuses and carry on voting for him. That's institutional corruption, resulting in maladministration.
What's at stake here? Europe's ability to compete against monopolies that have a "war chest" of patent "portfolios" (basically monopolies), European democracy, and freedom of the press in Europe, not limited to the EU.
If we do nothing, Europe will gradually become another Russian Federation. In the name of "stability", criticism isn't permitted. The people at the top do anything they wish, even illegal drugs. █
