Free Software is More Naturally Inclusive

With community-centric (i.e. real, authentic, grassroots) Free Software, there are no job interviews. Anyone who wishes to join, unless there's some objectionable trait, is invited to join. There's no pressure in terms of capacity as there are no salaries.

Why is it that a lack of racial (or gender etc.) diversity is spun as an issue with the Free Software community while large, intolerant, violent companies get painted as a glorious example of United Colours of Benetton? That's because of media ownership and AstroTurfing. Free Software does not control the major media. The money controls this media. █
