No, Microsoft Did Not Deny the Q1 Mass Layoffs (Microsoft Can Delay These)

Chief communications officer Frank Shaw is not Microsoft and some quip in reply to another quip in a deepfake child porn site ("X.com") isn't the same as an official communication from the company. The company is intentionally keeping quiet; it hopes it can throw someone under the bus or wait for people to forget mere quips (probably the latter).
There's a lot of fake news today and yesterday. It says "Microsoft denies" when in fact alluding to some hearsay or blurb from a Microsoft employee.
So who is Frank Shaw anyway?
He has LONG lied for Microsoft, as we covered examples as far back as 16 years ago (Antitrust Attacks on IBM Carried Out by Microsoft and its “Satellite Proxies,” According to IBM). He came from Waggener Edstrom, as we noted 13 years ago. He tried to justify (or deny) back doors, which given his military background "makes sense".
"Heck," a Microsoft whistleblower wrote 5 years ago, "with Frank Shaw, their head of PR, being a former marine and graduate of the Department of Defense Information School (DINFOS), it’s safe to assume that Microsoft is leveraging military grade PR tactics too."
And "it’s not a coincidence that Frank Shaw from Microsoft is an ex marine that graduated from DINFOS (Department of Defense Information School) where soldiers literally learn to foster such dynamics locally and abroad," said the Microsoft whistleblower a year later.
Two years ago we pointed out "he Has No Background in Technology ... (Whom Microsoft Took From the Military for Propaganda)" and "Shaw did not comment on whether the reorg included Teams layoffs," said the media the same year when Microsoft tried to duck the reality of mass layoffs.
He already has a history of covering up mass layoffs.
"Frank Shaw is a liar," I explained last year. "We did a series about Frank Shaw several years ago. He's colluding with a Microsoft-bribed publisher [1, 2] that burns Microsoft whistleblowers and keeps spreading lies about "headcount" at Microsoft. Why does anyone take any word from Frank Shaw at face value? Lying is his profession. He was trained to do this."
When the media says that Microsoft denies layoffs it is basically lying, citing a liar. Maybe they disperse or delay the layoffs (changing plans), but the layoffs are going to happen. Wait and watch. █
