GNU/Linux and Chromebooks Rose to Almost 10% in Haiti

Judging by this year's numbers from statCounter, Haiti may be gravitating way way away from Windows after Vista 10 reached its end of life. Windows became scarce there, mostly or partly due to some Unknown [sic] factor.

What's noteworthy is that this month GNU/Linux is measured at around 8% and ChromeOS at about 2%:
