Higher Adoption Rates of GNU/Linux in Cyprus in Recent Years

Cyprus is a small and divided (among Turkish and Greek influence) island. These 2026 numbers show more of what we saw before. Windows is down fast and last year we saw significant losses among the ~1,000,000 people who live there.

At the FSF we saw some volunteers from Cyprus; there are some Cypriots who are championing Free software; in Greece, GNU/Linux is measured at over 6% this year and in Turkey almost 8% like we said a week ago. █
