IBM Paying the Price for Treating Workers Badly and Discarding Real Talent (Because It's "Expensive")
This was in recent hours:
It's hardly a secret that 1) we have whistleblowers at IBM and 2) many people at IBM read Techrights for information about IBM (we sometimes see them using the same words and same links as us, which reaffirms this).
IBM is dead man walking, to use the lyrical metaphor. Yes, it's walking, it's quacking, but the "Worth" or "Market Cap" is fictional; the "Goodwill" is the punchline.
Oh, the debt?
But this is what Wall Street pays managers to do.
A few hours ago someone brought up "Alvind and the Pipmunks Payouts this year," stating: "Usually happens in January. I am thinking at least 100 million with bonus and stock award. He cut jobs. That is what his p1mps on Wall Street care about. I see at least 50 for Krabanaugh. He got his wish. IBM over 300 a share."
The comments will probably be deleted soon (for mentioning a name). They say (or said, thelayoff.com might purge these soon): "what about Joanne Wrong ? and the other Pipmunks ?"
Someone responded: "Joanne Wrong who sounds like she had too many pints as well as Hoodie G00ber Slob Thomas will get paid too"
Joanne has a Microsoft account (that is all) and lots of "AI" (they mean slop) in her bio. Maybe "her "Client Zero" vision" means striving to have zero clients left, just shareholders in Wall Street, playing "crypto" with IBM shares because "AI" and "quantum". █
