The B in IBM is Brown-nosing and Buzzwords (or Both)
International Buzzwords Machines?
This was 5 hours ago: (Microsoft LinkedIn posts like these apparently really "trigger" honest employees, who are disgusted by the phony, staged flattery)
Companies perish and die when it becomes impermissible or a taboo to say the king (or emperor) is naked. Such kingdoms would eventually be run by the blind and the naked, streaking across the hall to be worshipped by even lesser skilled baboons, handpicked not for their skills, experience, knowledge etc. but loyalty, docility, and put more bluntly, brown-nosing.
Want to become an alleged success story at IBM? Then practice brown-nosing. And don't be from the 'wrong' country.
This applies to the many Red Hat employees who have just officially become IBM staff. Recite the buzzwords (the B in the bosses' name) and don't forget the bull----ting and brown-nosing. Always flatter all the bosses and your job might be safe. Not your pride, your job. █
