IBM is Outsourcing Red Hat's Fedora to Slop to 'Save Money'
I know longtime Fedora users who decided to dump Fedora because of slop. What's IBM's reaction? More slop!
Fedora is, at this stage, just some IBM thing.

If IBM cared about quality rather than alleged "cost savings" (cutting corners), it would assign more IBM staff to Fedora, but instead the exact opposite happened, with the likes of Cotton and Miller removed from the project. IBM wants Fedora to onboard unpaid labour (slaves), or to help test RHEL (on the cheap), which IBM turns into another AIX. █
