Slopfarms Still Fed by Google, Boosting Fake 'Articles' That Pretend to Cover "Linux"
Today, like yesterday, pretty much all the LLM slop we could find was in Google News, not honourable blog feeds. The prospects of a site flourishing by turning into a slopfarm is slim to none.
Consider Borisov's Linuxiac, which became yuck. It's just a slopfarm these days. We've quit linking to it. Here's a random new example:


Funnily enough, Google News added Linuxiac when it became a slopfarm, joining other slopfarms such as this:

At this point about 80-90% of the search results appear not to be slopfarms though, so it is a major improvement compared to last year. █
