Explaining the Letter From JUDGE SYKES FRIXOU, Threatening Me Around the Time GNOME's Nat Friedman Lost His CEO Job at Microsoft GitHub and His Best Friend Got Arrested for Strangulation
In 2021 I did a video rebuttal to the letter, already public as the person who paid for that letter uploaded it to his site in 2023
The timing of the following letter is meaningful and shall be explained here in the future. In a nutshell, it almost exactly coincided with the arrest of a Microsoft employee (GNOME, they're all GNOME) who, according to a testimony under sworn oath, spoke to the sender of the letter about suing me. Showing this letter (with annotation) is critical and it'll be mentioned a lot again in future articles because this was brought up again many times in years to come (in various different contexts).
Notice the date (compared to the letter's). In 2025 (in a British court) I confronted him over his public statement that people who don't look for sex in FOSS conferences are "missing out".
