They Tell Us Slop Replaces Workers, But the Reality Is, US Debt Has Surged 2,300 Billion Dollars in Six Months (the Economy is Collapsing)
Oligarchy already entertains the option of running away to (or colonising) some other planet without pitchforks and "unwashed masses"
US debt (in USD) reaches 38.5 trillion. Is the "d" dollars or debt?
Corporate liars (or 'suits') try to tell us that "AI efficiency drive" (or some other malarkey to the same effect) results in job cuts, but if there's so much greater "efficiency", how come they lose so much money and borrow so much more money?
The simple answer is, they're lying through their teeth with some storytelling meant to distract from their dire state. They're unhealthy companies in a toxic economy long built on corporate handouts, tax breaks, and sometimes even bailouts. For example consider some recent stories (examples):

When COVID-19 caused problems the Cheeto Dictator rushed to bail out Microsoft (billions in pandemic stimulus) instead of small businesses.
This is just what's happening. It's systemic plunder, with oligarchs helping themselves to the Treasury's cookie jar.
Some people hoarded so much capital that they literally buy policy and decide all the important policies. We're not talking about millionaires here. A millionaire can buy a home without taking a mortgage. A person with 10 million can buy a collection of homes or build a mansion. At 100 million buying a plane or a yacht is feasible. But people "worth" 1,000 times more (100 billion upwards) try to leverage their capital to impose their ideology on everyone and "educate the peasants" to adore them (by hiring firms to manipulate everything, even Wikipedia, in acts of reputation laundering). This is a serious problem. This system cannot repair itself. █
