SRA: SLAPPs From Russian War Criminals and American Men Who Strangle Women Are Acceptable
Last year: Bellingcat founder accuses SRA of “shirking responsibility” over SLAPP

Recent:
In depth: SRA on the ropes over alleged SLAPPs after third defeat ("The Solicitors Regulation Authority is licking its wounds over three failed SLAPP prosecutions. Yet amid possible appeals and ‘eye-watering’ costs, the case for new legislation has gained momentum")
SRA must pay Carter-Ruck partner costs in failed ‘SLAPP’ case ("The SRA argued against a costs order telling the three-person panel it would have a ‘chilling effect’ on prosecutions")

The UK is losing its sight of free speech. It's also losing freedom of the press. It's drowning in chaos while regulators look the other way and pick the wrong battles.
Even Ai Weiwei, a Chinese dissident, has taken note of this. He seems to think the UK is losing moral advantage or "high ground" over China. A few minutes ago my wife formally escalated this matter to politicians (it'll be 9AM in a few minutes) because "contact with politicians is important," a friend told me. "I hope it helps somehow."
The politicians whom she contacted know us to some extent, which can help.
If we wrote a lot about this topic today, then it's because this week marks one year since the tag-team attack began (two Microsofters attacking us in tandem while their hired gun, Brett Wilson LLP, repeated defamed me for pointing out what was later confirmed in the courtroom).
The US does not have free speech, it has people with many firearms and huge egos. They attack their victims in the US and they also attack speech overseas (a form of imperialism). Their hired gun in London repeatedly breaches rules against Litigants in Person and violates data protection laws (that the hired gun claims to specialise in).
The SRA, by inaction, is complicit in this. █
