Threats From 'Former' Red Hat (Now IBM) Staff While IBM's Likely Accounting Fraud Attracts Public Scrutiny

So the 'bastard child' of IBM's CFO James Kavanaugh appears to have become insolvent. There are now calls to scrutinise IBM's own accounting: (same CFO responsible for both at inception)
The above comments were posted around the same time a 'former'* Red Hat (now IBM) employee sent both my wife and I threats of sending us to prison. 6 E-mail messages were sent in just 2 minutes. Remember he openly admitted third parties were funding his litigation against us.
We must be getting "warm" (to what IBM tries hard to hide, as that can spell the end of Red Hat). █

* He still publicly talks and coordinates with IBM staff. He also admits consuming booze on the job (with Microsofters) while sending his spouse to be locked up for allegedly consuming booze. Double standards are the name of the game here.
