In Systematic Contempt of the British High Court, Brett Wilson LLP Spent Two Years Lying to Courts and Breaking Rules Against Us
A few hours ago I received an anonymous (burner account) E-mail threat which revealed that it is connected to Brett Wilson LLP (it is unambiguous and evident from the words spoken). That hardly surprised me.
We criticise Brett Wilson LLP quite lot because of its conduct, which we'll illuminate (over time) in order to limit how many others it can similarly abuse.
It's not a surprise to us; its notoriety right here in Manchester (among other law firms) is something we wrote about 2 years ago. It's considered the unofficial consensus that Brett Wilson LLP is an utterly terrible law firm that would accept the cases no other firm (which cares about its reputation) would.
Brett Wilson LLP adopts the mantra of, it's "OK" to lie and to cheat if it helps you get ahead and today I want to give some examples of Brett Wilson LLP's contempt of the court. It's not an exhaustive list, only a small sample.
In the UK, contempt of court is a serious matter, but does anyone hold law firms accountable/liable for contempt of court?
To give just a few examples that we covered before:
- We caught them lying and signing the lies with a statement of truth many times (they'd later contradict themselves in cross-examination under sworn oath).
- Months ago it was confirmed that Brett Wilson LLP had repeatedly defamed me. Maybe they assume they're immune?
- There are also many breaches of Civil Procedure Rules that we caught; maybe Brett Wilson LLP arrogantly assumes it can get away with it when confronting Litigants in Person, but we're not ignorant.
Why would a law firm behave in this way?
Remember they're just hired guns importing misogyny from the US to the UK, for profit... (consider that their president does the same and sexually abuses women with impunity while suing British media for televising criticism of his insurrection).
That is aside from data breach issues, doxxing, threatening, and maybe worse from their clients and them.
I was protecting my wife from abuse and protecting other women as well. That seemed to really annoy Brett Wilson LLP. In a nutshell, they wound up
- attacking my wife, who was attacked online
- helping an American who attacked women (arrested for strangulation)
- helping an American whose spouse calls him a rapist
This chauvinistic firm, dominated only by men (all the real managers are male), sent my wife a threat of imprisonment. It did this by post just little more than a day before Valentine's (it moreover seems like a pattern for this client, based on his own spouse).
